Zenith Service Center is based in our 9000sq’ hangar at KRAL, providing a central location to all Southern California based aircraft. We offer a full range of services to meet your maintenance needs from the simplest tire change and 50hr inspections to complex power-plant and avionics repair, testing, and upgrades. In addition to major airframe, power-plant work, radio and instrument work. Our business partners on the field allow us to help you get that new interior or paint done while your in for other services. This makes Zenith one of the largest and most capable maintenance facility in inland LA. With over 25 years of combined aviation maintenance experience, Zenith Service Center offers more knowledge, service, and expertise than any other facility in the local area. No matter what type of aircraft you fly Zenith offers something for you.  Your aircraft can be repaired and/or maintained by Zenith Service Center licensed professional technicians on an as needed basis, or as part of a comprehensive maintenance program.  Don’t forget about our comprhensive aircraft management services, which are FREE.

Our completely paperless record keeping system seems like it must be a fantasy but indeed it is real.  Our Service Center operates completely free of paper.  What this means to you is the most impeccable records are kept for your aircraft.  Your work orders are viewable online in real time as the work in done and can be viewed and printed anytime from any Internet computer.  You will see detail on the work orders you have never imagined, including digital photo documentation of parts, repairs and discrepancies.  All FAA paperwork and additional documents are scanned and attached to your records forever, so you can easily reference and reproduce those anytime.  No more trying to decipher some mechanics chicken scratch and sloppy logbook entries, our entries are all done on computer generated labels.  We all know that roughly half the value of an aircraft is in the logbooks and records.  Zenith responded to this with the absolutely best system available to bring you the best work product on the market. 

When your aircraft is in for even the smallest job you will never need to ask what is going on, you can go online and see the actual technicians notes, comments and status reports.  This is more efficient and more informative than standing over his back while he works.  Ever item is detailed out and viewable by you any time.  Not to mention the in shop camera system which allows you to see your plane anytime from any Internet computer.

We are a FAA Certified Repair Station and that means we are held to the highest standars, in fact we allow the FAA access to our system so they can monitor work on your plane anytime from the local FSDO office.  No one in the industry has this system in place.  This keeps every mechanic and every task right in front of our governing body and assures the highest quality work and records.  Zenith elicits many return visits from satisfied customers with business relationships exceeding 10 years.
